Most orders arrive within two weeks of being received. Open edition orders go into production anywhere from one hour to several days after receiving your order. Limited edition orders or commissioned artwork will have different production times, conveyed at the time or purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
Returns/Exchanges:
I'm confident you will be happy with your purchase! For any reason, if you are not, you have 7 days to return the artwork in its original packaging. You must notify me by email or phone so I'm aware the return is coming. I will refund the total amount within 3 business days or receiving the artwork, minus any return shipping costs I incur. You may also exchange your original or limited edition artwork. Note: extra shipping charges may apply for exchanged artwork.
Damages:
We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact [email protected] with your order number for further instructions.
I
will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues. I
may request to have the order returned to me and will refund the return
shipment cost. I do not provide a refund based on customer preferences.
In the event an item is damaged in shipping, please take photos prior
to opening the package so I can file an insurance claim with the
shipping carrier. Send your photos to me at [email protected] for processing.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel you open or limited edition print order and receive a
full refund as long as your order has not gone into production. The
production times vary so please contact me immediately by email at [email protected].
Please note, production can start anywhere from one hour to several days after
receiving your order, depending upon the time you placed
your order. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be returned.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
